Performance Tracker

2007 is now over and we have a new and fresh 2008 to start. Our office conducts performance reviews each year to monitor every employee’s efficiency and productivity from which the salary increase is based. Every supervisor evaluates his / her own team, check how competent they are and knowledgeable in the work that they do. My goal for this year is not only to meet and exceed my target but also to be exceptional in my job description. Guess I need to start from making a time line for that then putting them into action.
