Ergo Check

Many of us spend most of our time in front of the computer. What we don’t realize is that we are capable of getting the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Here are some tips to prevent getting such disorder.

Ergo check yourself

1. Head up
2. Eyes looking forward most of the time
3. Monitor approximately at eye height and an arms distance away.
4. Shoulders relaxed
5. Hand in line with the forearms.
6. Back erect and supported
7. Reference material is easy to look at
8. Only moderate pressure at the front of the seat cushion
9. Feet firmly on the floor or on a footrest
10. Get a keyboard tray
